We are now accepting applications for 2018-19. Students applying to a grade (age 7-16) with no seats available will be added to our waiting list. Placement is based on an overall assessment of the applicant’s package.
Please note that applicants are responsible for ensuring the correct documents have been submitted. Students with incomplete applications not be permitted to register. All documents submitted are considered the property of TESFA Youth Football Academy and will not be returned after the application process is complete.
Step 1: Submit Application through Online or Hard Copy
Please submit the following completed documents to our admissions office :

2.Four (4) unaltered 3 x 4 cm photos, taken in the last 6 months; white background preferred
*Online Applicant must bring the photo on the first day of training
**Hard Copy version must be submitted to Academy on the first day of training
3. Signed Players and Parents Commitment Agreement
* Please print and sign the document. Original hard copy must be submitted on the first day of training
Step 2: Reveiw and Acceptance Decision
After receiving these documents, the Admissions Office will complete an initial review to determine whether a placement can be offered.
After the review of the final documents, an acceptance decision will be made.
If an applicant is not accepted at this stage, their family will be officially notified by telephone or E-mail.
After a written formal acceptance is received, all tuition and fees must be paid by the designated due date in order to reserve a seat and prepare the players' equipment. Failure to meet the deadline will result in forfeiture of the player’s enrollment and placement on the waiting list.

Tuition & Fees
Registration Fee: 700 birr
*Registration fee will be applied toward the following:
Administrative and operational expenses, including (but not limited to): Management Background Checks for all coaches and staff, Mailings, and Website Management.
Equipment expenses including (but not limited to): Uniforms, Training Gear, Balls, etc.
Soccer Kits Fee: 3000 birr
Seasonal Training Tuition: 7,000
*Academy Training Tuition are paid prior to the beginning of each season. TFA will have five (5) football academic months in a season and two seasons per year, the anticipated Academic Fee for each season will be 7,000.00 birr.
